Items will be shipped between 1-3 business days from date of when the order was placed. If for any reason it takes longer to place your order, you will be notified via email. Please inspect all items upon arrival to make sure there are no defects, wrong items, or something missing. If this occurs, please email [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please include a picture of damaged items, first and last name, order number and item name. If it passes the 48-hour mark, please refer to our return policy. ONLY REGULAR PRICE ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. WE ONLY ISSUE STORE CREDIT AT THIS TIME. No exchanges.
- Items must be returned within 10 days from date of delivery

- items must be free of fragrance, smoke, stains (of any kind) and odor

- Online purchases that have been in possession for longer than 10 days from date of delivery
- Items not in the original condition (worn, stains, odor)
- Original tags are removed
- Items purchased on discounts, sale, clearance
- Accessories: belts, scarves, hats, purses, seasonal items
REPUBLIK BOUTIQUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT OCCURED WHILE OPENING YOUR PACKAGE. While we do our best to package each item carefully, we are not responsible for any damages once the item has been mailed. Republik Boutique is not responsible for lost/delayed items while being returned. Customer is responsible for all tracking information. POSSIBLE RETURN CHARGES
- Original shipping charges are nonrefundable
- Customer is responsible for shipping if it is getting returned back to Republik Boutique
- No refunds are issued. Store credit will be issued to use at another time.
- If an ineligible item is returned to us, we will make 2 attempts to contact you and a shipping invoice via email. You have 7 days to pay the shipping invoice. If the invoice is not paid Republik Boutique has the right to donate the ineligible item.
HOW DO I RETURN?
Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a detailed description for the return, order number and list of items you would like to return. YOU MUST HAVE APPROVAL FOR YOUR RETURN REQUEST. Approved return needs to include the original receipt, name, contact information and packaged items. Customer is responsible for purchasing tracking number for the return. Please email tracking number to [email protected]. If you do not purchase tracking information, Republik Boutique is not responsible for its arrival to us. If we fail to receive the return items in the allowed time frame, the return will be ineligible for return and shipping invoice will be issued. If the return is approved, you will be notified of the approval amount via email.
Please note: Republik Boutique may run a promotion from time to time. Any items purchased on a previous regular price item will NOT be given store credit for the difference if that same item goes on sale.
